Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to advancing systems change by promoting equity across sectors and cultivating meaningful collaboration among diverse stakeholders. Grounded in intellectual rigor and practical application, my work focuses on improving individual and community well-being through strategic approaches to critical social issues, including gender equity, housing and homelessness, health, and racial justice.

My professional philosophy is shaped by lived experience, insights from partners and mentors, and an ongoing practice of reflection on values, ethics, and purpose. This integrated perspective enables me to approach complex challenges with both empathy and strategic clarity.

I am motivated by a sense of urgency around the slow pace of social progress and remain focused on outcomes that extend beyond short-term project cycles—always asking the fundamental question: Is anyone better off? My overarching aim is to contribute to work that promotes empowerment, liberation, and sustainable well-being for individuals and communities alike.

With academic training in Community Psychology and Public Health, I emphasize the use of data to inform effective action and decision-making. At the same time, I recognize that sustainable change requires more than analytics; it demands community capacity-building, shared leadership, and the amplification of marginalized voices.

Guided by a commitment to equity, evidence, and collaboration, I approach each engagement as an opportunity to align vision with action. I welcome the opportunity to partner with organizations seeking to create measurable impact and build systems that better serve our shared humanity.
