Free diagnostic tool
Is your equity commitment written down, or built in?
Most equity commitments live in a strategic plan or a public statement. Few live in the budget, the governance structure, or what happens when someone inside the organization disagrees. This free self-assessment shows you which one is true for your organization in about ten minutes.

Why this exists
Statements are not strategy
We measure commitments by what they redesign, not by what they say. A statement costs nothing to publish and nothing to walk back. A structural change, in governance, in the budget, in who holds authority when priorities conflict, is much harder to reverse. That difference is the whole test.
This tool walks you through that test across four places commitment either shows up or doesn't. Score yourself honestly and you will know, before a funder or a board member asks, where your organization actually stands.
The four dimensions the tool scores

A one-page summary
See your overall pattern at a glance: a summary built for a board packet or a leadership conversation, not a filing cabinet.
Redesign starting points
For every dimension where you score low, a short list of the kind of structural change that would actually move it.
